APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however, treatments will still be charged at full price.

CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours' notice and 72 hours for Spa, Hair and Makeup booking is required or a 50% charge may be applied. Appointments missed will be charged at full price.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Brow Bar & Beauty Clinic. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PRICES
All pricing is subject to consultation. Our prices are subject to change without notice.

LANGUAGE
This contract shall be concluded in English.

browbarbeautyclinic.co.uk takes every care possible to ensure that product and treatment descriptions, imagery, awards, associated clinical trials and all other information are correct at the time of publication on the site. However, though every effort is made to ensure such accuracy, Brow Bar & Beauty Clinic does not accept responsibility for errors in content. The site will be kept as up-to-date as possible at all times however if a product, treatment, location, or results updates have been made since the last update on browbarbeautyclinic.co.uk some variations may occur in, although not limited to size, price, description, product results, design, packaging and availability.

Brow Bar & Beauty Clinic will do its best to ensure that the website is available and functions correctly at all times, but we make no warranties as to the availability or accessibility of the website, and we will not be liable for any damages, loss, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any lack of availability or accessibility of the website.

VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
